Landscape Operations Manager

SEEKING A QUALIFIED LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a seasoned landscape professional with foreman and project management experience?  Have you managed a fleet and team who have successfully executed the landscape caretaking of over 100 properties? We are looking to hire a critical support member for our Operations team.  You will report to the Director of Operations, assisting him with the day to day management of the Field Operations team (planning, scheduling, organizing, budgeting, etc.) as well as generating landscaping related quotes and managing project timelines. You will be the vital connection between our Director of Operations and the members of the Field Operations teams, coordinating schedules and work loads in order to safely achieve daily production goals while assisting with a wide range of landscaping related administrative tasks and project oversight. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.

Inventory Specialist (Resource Manager)

We’re seeking an experienced inventory specialist to join our growing Operations team. This Operations Manager will be responsible for bulk ordering various items to support our cleaning, maintenance and guest services teams. He or she will help build an efficient inventory tracking system and warehousing program and execute on various facilities and fleet management needs as needed. This specialist will be supported by a warehouse clerk to help execute Del Mar’s vision for inventory and equipment management.

Guest Services Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Guest Services Associates are our frontline representatives – the members of this team provide the highest level of customer service to Del Mar’s Guests and potential Guests seeking accommodations and hospitality service. In-house Guest care and providing a Five-Star experience are central to our ability to encourage repeat guests and meet our booking goals; this role is pivotal to our continued success and growth. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills: both in live conversation (able to work over the phone in a friendly, patient, helpful manner, courteous under all circumstances) as well as via text and email, possessing clear and effective writing skills. Flexibility in performing new tasks as needed is a requirement, as is the ability to instantly adjust to shifting priorities according to our Guests’ needs. The capacity to switch between a variety of technological platforms to make reservations, log maintenance requests, track reservations data and run various reports is also a must.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to expand our Client Management team with a positive and creative professional with prior experience in property management or managing a portfolio of clients.  Reporting to our VP of Customer Experience, you will work with our Homeowners to ensure a 5-star experience for the management of their property and any seasonal use of their home.  With sophistication and a high level of written and oral communication, you will provide support for our growing portfolio by being empathetic, organized, quick-thinking and results driven.  Our Client Managers are excellent liaisons between the homes and our Guests, and also our Homeowners and our services.

Experienced Senior Maintenance Tech - Full-time / Year-round
 
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy handyman to work year-round in our maintenance department. No day is the same: our maintenance team responds to a variety of indoor and outdoor service requests for repairs to the residential homes Del Mar Vacations manages through-out Cape Cod, as well as performing home assessments when needed or providing the operations team with support in providing a variety of quotes. Provided with your own company truck, you will be tasked with visiting homes in order to assess and complete high-skilled jobs to maintain our properties.
 
IS THIS THE JOB FOR YOU?

Do you have excellent home maintenance and property management skills? Do you possess skills such as contracting, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and/or  carpentry? Do you excel at solving issues, sometimes on-the-fly, and working independently, able to find solutions through your own research when necessary? Do you have a High School Diploma and 5 to 15 years of maintenance experience? Do you present well and will you enjoy being a Del Mar Vacations Brand Ambassador and communicating with our Guests and Homeowners?Pay is commensurate with skill and experience - $30 to $36 hourly. Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Year-round

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who has general experience in the building trades and who is reliable, able to solve problems, and prepared to build on current skills to build a career with us. No day at Del Mar is the same: our Field Operations team serve as front-line representatives for Del Mar Vacations and respond to service requests from both Homeowners and Guests. You will be tasked with providing a range of services – from investigating reports of issues with household services (thermostats, heat, A/C, hotwater, etc.); troubleshooting and making assessment as to root cause and whether vendors need to be contacted; and attending to typical household issues from plumbing, faulty operations (doors, windows, locks and smoke detectors),  responding to reports of rodents or bugs, to basic finishing repairs including drywall and painting.
