Landscaping / Gardening

In this role, you are responsible for completing landscaping/gardening duties at our rental homes. We hope that each person on this team will approach the work with business-minded efficiency, effective communication (with homeowners, guests, and team members), and always ensure that our company standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate speaks Portuguese and English, has at least one year of landscaping experience, knowledge of native and common cape cod perennial plants, pruning, mowing, edging, and irrigation experience.

Guest Services

Our Guest Services Team helps guests have the 5-star vacation they deserve through taking reservations and providing stellar service should any issues arise during their stay in a Del Mar home. Though the role is much like a hotel front desk agent, you will not be working where the guests are, you will be in our beautiful office in downtown Orleans and will be interacting with guests via phone, email, and text. This role requires availability for year-round weekend work and rotating on-call shifts. An unflappable attitude and amazing communication skills would make you a success in this role.

Maintenance Technician

Are you handy in multiple areas (electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry), tech savvy, and like to help people? Then this may be a great role for you! Our Maintenance Technicians are key in keeping our homes fully functional and safe for homeowners and guests. You may be dispatched to fix a door, troubleshoot a wifi or smart TV issue, or even to deliver and install an A/C unit. In this role you will work closely with our Guest Services, Client Management, and Operations teams to coordinate getting work done efficiently and correctly on the first visit.

We act with care and thoughtfulness throughout our day, and put effort into being present and helpful, always empathetic and understanding when interacting with Homeowners and Guests. We actively put ourselves in their place and imagine what we would feel like if the issue at hand happened in our home or a house that we had rented for a well-deserved vacation. This allows us to provide superior service to all our Homeowners and Guests. This empathy and supportive mind-set carry over to our relationships with our fellow Associates and are the foundation for the respect and courtesy with which we treat each other.

We genuinely like spending time together and we have quite a few regular events planned throughout the year such as:

We offer three different health plans through United Healthcare. Two of the plans come with a Health Savings Account, and we pay 50% for Team Members and any eligible family members.

Everyone starts with 2 weeks of vacation time and 1 week of sick time.

At three years of service you go up to 3 weeks of vacation, and at 5 years you get 4 weeks.

We have a 401K plan which all Team Members are eligible to participate in after 90 days. We offer an up to 4% match with 100% vesting immediately once signed up. 

We take personal and professional development seriously. Our approach is personalized and assessed on an individual basis based on interests and anticipated mutual benefit for the Team Member and Organization.
