I’ve used Delmar for three summers now. I think you’d be hard pressed to find another company that delivers such exemplary service. The renters love how linens are provided. The cleaning service is hospital grade. Communications are great and I can leave my homes in their capable hands during the summer season. Del Mar Vacations is an excellent agent to work with for vacation rentals on Cape Cod. They are highly professional, communicative, thorough and simply the best at what they do. The properties they represent are the best one can imagine. The properties are always spot on perfect . If one ever has an issue, and you won’t, they are in top of their game and will have it resolved immediately. I can not say enough positive things about them. Do not ever hesitate to use them for your vacation home rental. I recommend them without any question or hesitation!

This was our fourth time renting from Del Mar and they do not disappoint! They are very responsive via email if you have any questions regarding their properties or billing. The property we booked this October was a perfect spot with three different houses included (main house, cottage, and studio)! Perfect for our Oysterfest weekend. This is my second summer for me to stay at different properties managed by Del Mar Vacations for a total six weeks. They were equally fantastic as they were different. The A-Frame Chalet was simply quirky and magical. The second, The SpyGlass had location and once a day it would, make one take pause and contemplate the mysteries and wonders of our existence here on our shrinking planet. Their staff was a spectacular as the sunsets. This year I stayed at the Lighthouse, which was illuminating in the pleasure it brought to me and my guests!

We booked directly through the Del Mar website and save a hundred bucks at least booking that way instead of on Airbnb. The accommodation was great and Del Mar was easy to reach via email.
