Vacation Giveaway Fine Print

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Del Mar Vacations, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period:
Entries must be received between December 18 and May 15. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must provide a valid email address and the email addresses of friends and family they would like to include. Incomplete entries or entries containing invalid email addresses will not be considered.

Prize Details:
One winner will receive a complimentary stay in a Del Mar Vacations Signature home in Dennis, MA from May 30th to June 1st, 2024. The home sleeps up to 14 guests and includes access to luxury amenities and beautiful water views.

Restrictions and Limitations:

• The prize is valid only for the specified dates (May 30 - June 1, 2024). Dates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative accommodations.
• Winner is responsible for all additional costs, including transportation, meals, activities, and other personal expenses not included in the prize.
• No pets are allowed unless explicitly stated as a dog-friendly property in the giveaway terms.
• The stay is subject to Del Mar Vacations’ rental terms and policies, including check-in/check-out times and property care guidelines.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected randomly and notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway’s closing date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Del Mar Vacations to use their name, likeness, and any photos/videos from their stay for promotional purposes.

General Terms:
Del Mar Vacations reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time without notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All decisions regarding the giveaway are final.

All submitted email addresses will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and to receive updates and communications from Del Mar Vacations. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
