2026 Official Guest Choice Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The Del Mar Vacations Guest Choice Program is a promotional initiative designed to encourage guests and visitors to explore participating local businesses across Cape Cod while also supporting a local charity through a donation made by Del Mar Vacations. Participants may earn entries for a chance to win a Del Mar vacation ($5,000 value) by scanning designated QR codes at participating partner locations.
2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals 25 years of age or older.
- Participants without an existing Del Mar Vacations Guest Portal account must provide a valid email address and opt into marketing communications in order to participate.
- Employees of Del Mar Vacations and participating partner businesses are not eligible to win.
3. Program Period
- The Program runs from May 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
- All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
4. How to Participate
- Participants may join the Program by scanning a QR code located at participating partner businesses.
- Participants must submit required information, including but not limited to name, email address, and phone number, and consent to marketing communications.
- Each time a participant visits a participating business and scans the QR code, they will receive one (1) entry into the prize drawing.
5. Entry Rules
- Limit one (1) scan per participating business per day per participant.
- Participants may revisit the same business on different days to earn additional entries.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.
- Del Mar reserves the right to verify participation and disqualify any suspicious activity.
6. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a free Del Mar Vacation valued at up to $5,000.
- Prize details (including location, dates, and property) are subject to availability and will be coordinated by Del Mar Vacations.
- Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random in early November 2026 from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via email.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Marketing & Communications
By participating, individuals agree to:- Receive marketing communications from Del Mar Vacations.
- Have their name used in promotional materials (e.g. winner announcement) without additional compensation.
- Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but doing so prior to the drawing will affect eligibility.
9. Participating Businesses
- Participating businesses are independent entities and are not responsible for the administration of the Program.
- Del Mar Vacations is solely responsible for Program execution and prize fulfillment.
10. Charity Component
- Del Mar Vacations will make a donation to the Association to Preserve Cape Cod (APCC) based on overall program participation.
11. General Conditions
- Del Mar Vacations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
- Del Mar is not responsible for technical issues, including QR code scanning failures or connectivity issues.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Privacy
- Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with Del Mar Vacations’ privacy policy and will not be sold to third parties.
